Yes. Every customer gets their own private instance. Backups are encrypted and taken daily, on-site and off-site, and you can export your data from within the app at any time.

I’m Dec. My background is software development, not baking — and I’ve never claimed otherwise. FoodCore exists because I kept meeting small food businesses running on a spreadsheet, a folder of supplier PDFs and a lot of memory, then watched Natasha’s Law raise the stakes without the tooling getting any cheaper.
FoodCore is me. Founder, developer, support desk, and the person who replies to your email. Bugs get fixed without a triage queue. Feature requests reach someone who can build them. I’m also not answering emails at 3am, and if you need a 24/7 helpline I’d rather say so now than take your money.
