Choose Nutritics if you need a compliant back-of-pack nutrition declaration, are making nutrition or health claims, supply healthcare or education where nutrient profiling matters, or need micronutrient detail. That is a genuine requirement and FoodCore does not meet it.
Choose FoodCore if your problems are cost per portion, allergen propagation, PPDS labels, stock and production planning, and you want to see a price before talking to anyone.
Some businesses genuinely need both, which is an honest answer rather than a dodge: nutrition analysis for the panel, kitchen management for the operation.
The nutrition question in UK context
Worth checking before paying for either: most small UK producers selling PPDS food — packed and sold on the same premises — do not need a nutrition declaration at all. Allergen labelling applies; nutrition does not. The requirement generally arrives when you sell prepacked food beyond your own premises.
